Liveries Unlimited latest two commercial airliner decal releases maintain the quality seen in their earlier releases. They each comprise instructions on half-letter sized glossy paper, with colour placement illustrations on one side and monochrome text and detail drawings on the back.

Registration and colour saturation on my samples were flawless, but Liveries Unlimited don't take any chances with fine details such as windows. The thin silver frames are printed separately from the grey windows to guarantee a perfect result.

Set AGA4-153 is made up of one 5.5" x 8" decal sheet covering four Air 2000 Airbus choices, and a small supplement with extra windows and some silver details. These markings are designed for Revell's A321 Airbus with CFM-56 engines. The colourful decals are applied over a white fuselage and tail, so there will be minimal painting required to achieve a stunning finish. Using Liveries Unlimited's Coroguard Inspars on the wing uppersurfaces will minimise masking even further.

This sheet features a wealth of stencil markings. These are impressively crisp. Even in this scale many can be read under a magnifying glass.

Set AGA4-155 covers all nine 707-327Cs of Braniff International's Pastel fleet during the mid to late 1960s. These colourful schemes were revolutionary for their time. The 3.75" x 8" sheet supplies a relatively small number of markings. The characteristic of these aircraft are the solid coloured fuselages, white wings and white tails. Windows comprise solid white decals overlaid by grey decals to achieve a fine white outline.

As usual, the background and suggestions contained in the instructions are both helpful and interesting. Liveries Unlimited have included paint matches for FS numbers and Testors Paint to assist the modeller find a suitable match for the wide range of colours. Even so, the instructions accept that a perfect match will be unlikely due to the lack of definitive references. At least nobody can prove that your interpretation is wrong!

Minicraft's 1/144 scale 707-320B/C is the suggested kit for this decal sheet.

These two releases from Liveries Unlimited are colourful and high quality products that will surely appeal to civil aircraft modellers.

Highly Recommended.
