Advantages: Great to see some big US bombers in RAF service; excellent registration and saturation; clever use of code letters to maximise choice; inexpensive

Recommendation: Recommended.

FirstLook

Dutch Decal's sheet K4/3 supplies the national markings, codes and serials for two RAF Fortesses and one Liberator of 100 Group, Bomber Command; and two Mosquitoes.

Dutch Decals have carefully selected their subjects to ensure the maximum choice on a single decal sheet. A total of ten large dull red code letters and a single set of RAF bomber markings will permit the modeller to build any one of the big bomber subjects. If you want to build all three, you will have to buy three of these sheets. Fortunately, the sheets are quite inexpensive so this is a practical proposition.

The big Monogram kits will look great in RAF markings sitting next to a Tamiya Lancaster. You'll need a large display area though!

Registration is perfect on this sample sheet. The colours are rich and opaque.

Another interesting and worthwhile offering from Dutch Decal.

Recommended.

Thanks to Luuk from Dutch Decal for the samples
