Accessories don't come much easier than
Cutting Edge's replacement exhaust nozzle for Hasegawa's F-16 kits. Simply cut
the nozzle off the block, attach to the kit and voila! An accurate and well
detailed exhaust nozzle.
The casting block looks quite imposing but is
actually very simple to remove with careful application of a razor saw. Take
your time with the cut though - you won't get a second chance.
Although this pack is labelled fit the F-16,
the same style of nozzle with turkey feathers is also used on the F-15 Eagle and
Strike Eagle. Cutting Edge market a pair of these identical resin nozzles for
the F-15 at USD$15.99 (set number CEC48331). If you are planning to build more
than one Fighting Falcon, you might want to consider buying the F-15 set instead
and saving yourself a few dollars.
Recommended.
