As Cutting Edge's instructions state, this is a simple set.

The Israeli F-4E Refuelling Probe was a local design modification. It did not retract, but stayed in place on top of the fuselage of the F-4.

The set comprises four pieces in grey resin. Casting is as good as we have come to expect from Cutting Edge.

I am certain that anyone with adequate reference will be able to accurately align the probe. However, the instructions are not quite up to the standard of earlier Cutting Edge releases. There are a few reference photographs, but I think that line drawings would have been more appropriate to clarify the assembly sequence and exact alignment.

Nevertheless, this set will add a unique Israeli flavour to your big, 1/32 scale F-4E Phantom (either Revell's or Tamiya's kit modified using CE's conversion sets).

Recommended.
