This remarkable product comprises of two, single piece, scale-thickness exhaust stacks in 1/48 scale to suit Hasegawa's Ju 87B/D kits. Moskit's backing card proclaims that these are "hollow metal extremely thin exhaust pipes" made using "unique technology". I couldn't agree more!

The parts appear to be pressed from ultra fine brass sheet, but I'm truly mystified as to how it could possibly be done. Absolutely amazing.

The brass finish has been burnished as part of the manufacturing process. This gives the parts the very convincing appearance of burnt iron. Excessive handling can rub this burnishing off, but the helpful instructions suggest that the finish can be restored by placing the parts in an oven set to 200șC.

Although the profile of the Ju 87B/R exhausts look similar to that of the Ju 87 D/G, the parts will not fit into the slot provided on Hasgawa's later Stukas without modification.

However, they slot straight in to the space provided in the Ju 87B/R kits. Super Glue or Two-Part Epoxy should be used to secure these parts.

Amazing concept, remarkable execution and simple to install. This product will be a great finishing touch for any early Stuka project.
