Here is a preview of the forthcoming four-gun nose for the new Tamiya Messerschmitt Me 262 in 1/48 scale. This nose is appropriate for the standard day-fighter version, the Me 262A-1a. Even some Me 262A-2a fighter/bombers were seen with the four cannon fitted.

Eagle Parts has added the oval plates that presumably cover the fitting holes for the attachment points of the muzzles/blast tubes, and the middle set of open gun ports.

This is a "drop-in" part that directly replaces the kit part.

A full review of this part will be undertaken in the coming weeks.
